Keratin Hair Treatment Instructions
Do's and Don'ts
Do's
Wear hair down at all times.
Blow dry and flat iron hair as soon as possible, if for any reason (i.e. rain, sweat) your hair gets wet during the first 72 hours of treatment.
You may style your hair with a blow dryer or flat iron.
Pull hair back in a silk scarf when taking a shower. If it gets wet, blow dry and flat iron as soon as possible.
Wear a silk scarf to pull your hair away from your face.
Use Keratin Complex sodium-chloride free shampoo and conditioner after the 72 hour waiting period and as a daily shampoo and conditioner.
After the 72 hour waiting period, if a leave in conditioner is not available, wet your hair with fresh water. After exiting the pool or ocean remember to rinse thoroughly with fresh water as soon as possible.
Don'ts
Do not wash or wet your hair for 72 hours (3 days)
Do not tie hair into a pony tail.
Do not wear hair clips.
Do not wear hair bands.
Do not sweat.
Do not place hair behind ears.
Do not wear bobby-pins.
Do not rest glasses on hair or use them to hold the hair back.
